Is it an orange wine? Is it a rose? Its both!
10 days on skin. A blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Sylvaner. The colour comes from the Gris and Gewurtz, more pink varieties than white.
Fine, fresh and softly squelchy on the palate. Lightly flavoursome with notes of red apple and rose water. Complex and interesting wine that matches with food incredibly well.

NERD NOTES
Les Vins Pirouettes is an informal grouping of Alsatian growers and winemakers. Founded by Christian Binner and run by Remi Segura and enologists Pierre Sanchez and Xavier Couturier.
The wines are made by an ever growing group of winemakers, made in their own cellars with organic fruit and no additions. The idea behind the name is to have fun while also being impressivly good.
