Excellent White Blend from Raphaël Marchal at Domaine de L’Envol. One of my favourites so far from Pirouettes.
A blend of Sylvaner, Riesling, Auxerrois and Chasselas.
A superbly fresh and mineral white. Stoney on the palate with citrus and floral notes. Very moreish with great acid balance. Wonderful with food.

NERD NOTES
Les Vins Pirouettes is an informal grouping of Alsatian growers and winemakers. Founded by Christian Binner and run by Remi Segura and enologists Pierre Sanchez and Xavier Couturier.
The wines are made by an ever growing group of winemakers, made in their own cellars with organic fruit and no additions. The idea behind the name is to have fun while also being impressivly good.
