Excellent Riesling from Raphaël Marchal at Domaine de L’Envol.
Fresh and complex Riesling that sits on the more natural side of the flavour profile, while still clean and varietal. Nice fruit weight balanced by fine acidity. Notes of spice, nuts and ripe citrus alongside a slightly yeasty finish.
Beautiful drinking.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Les Vins Pirouettes is an informal grouping of Alsatian growers and winemakers. Founded by Christian Binner and run by Remi Segura and enologists Pierre Sanchez and Xavier Couturier.
The wines are made by an ever growing group of winemakers, made in their own cellars with organic fruit and no additions. The idea behind the name is to have fun while also being impressively good.
