A super tasty white blend from Alsace, with Tutti Frutti denoting a blend of white grapes.
Mostly Gewürztraminer (58%) alongside Sylvaner, Riesling and Pinot Blanc.
Somewhat tropical on the palate with notes of lychee, guava and spice. Textual and slippery on the palate with fine acid and structure. Pretty damn good.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Les Vins Pirouettes is an informal grouping of Alsatian growers and winemakers. Founded by Christian Binner and run by Remi Segura and enologists Pierre Sanchez and Xavier Couturier.
The wines are made by an ever growing group of winemakers, made in their own cellars with organic fruit and no additions. The idea behind the name is to have fun while also being impressively good.
