Blossom and white floral aromatics, fruit flavours of white peach and apricots, green apples, and pears, a slight sourdough savouriness, and a soft minerality line that runs into the finish.
Fresh on the palate, soft and smoothly textured, structured between bright acidity and lush minerality.

Young Timorasso vines (5 to 10 years old) grown in clay soils with organic viticulture.
Grapes are harvested by hand, before being softly pressed, fermented, and then aged for 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
