A soft and delicately flavoured sparkling Rosato Lambrusco made with traditional methods.

Fruit forward, with lifted aromatics and delicately flavours of the full red and dark berry notes, woody spice and herbal tones, and a moreish savouriness. 

Softly textured and refreshingly dry, with a light, racy fizz.
Nerd Notes

Estate grown Lambrusco Salamino grown in Santa Croce on 40 year old vines using organic viticulture practices.

Grapes are hand harvested, then pressed with the must separated from the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels. The wine is degorged after 6 months of aging.

Bottled without added sulphur.
