Classic 'Nouveau' style gamay - energetic, focused and delicately light!

Energetic red fruits with cranberry, strawberry, redcurrant, and red cherry fruits, all fresh, juicy, and a touch tart, with violet aromatics, dried herbs, touch of of red candied notes.

Fresh and vibrant on the palate, light bodied, and dry, delicate yet energetic and playful in character, being driven by lively acidity.

Gamay from Pooks Hill vineyard in Totness in the Basket Ranges area of the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
35 year old vines growing in petrified schist.

Whole bunch grapes fermented semi-carbonic in a fibreglass fermentor for a few days, before being pressed to ceramic eggs where it is aged.

Bottled with minimal added sulphur.
