Fresh and bright with soft fruit notes of red cherry and strawberry alongside light spice and rhubarb notes. Neutral oak only. Light but not too light.

Fermented in barriques and aged for 9 months in lager format neutral oak barrels.

Bottled with minimal added sulphur.
