Dark berries and sweet spices on the nose, that opens up to fruit flavours of blackberry, blue berry, and plums, spiced notes of sweet caramel and vanilla, a moreish hint of smoke and pepper.

Rich and juicy on the palate, mouth-filling and shimmering in texture, structured with just enough tannin.

Nerd Notes:

Organic grown Shiraz sourced from the Aramis vineyard - 20 year old vines.

Fruit was destemmed before being macerated on skins for 9 days, with a small amount of direct pressed juice. Kept in tank for 9 months.

Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added sulphur.
