Aromatic notes of citrus, stone fruit, and honey. The palate is dried apricots, pithy bergamot and orange zest, honey, textural, waxy fruits, and minerality. Dry and medium bodied, with grippy tannins, and clean acidity, making for a satisfying chewy texture.
