Carricante grown in decomposed lava on Mount Etna’s eastern slope at 700m above sea level. Hand harvested, pressed as whole bunches, and fermented before being aged for 8 months before bottling.

Based out of Milo on the east of Mount Etna, the estate was founded by 3 sisters – Carla, Michela, & Paola – with their father Renato. Their estate is made up of 83 terraces with lava dry-stone walls, with bushvines trained in the traditional Alberello Etneo style.
