Maxime Magnon - Rozeta Rouge 2021

A unique and delicious red wine made based on Carignan aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries, raspberries, and cranberries, along with hints of black pepper and herbs.

On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a bright acidity that balances the ripe fruit flavors. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a smooth and silky mouthfeel. Finishes smooth and spicy. 

This wine is a great match for roasted meats, stews, or hard cheeses and can be enjoyed now or aged for a few years.

Has a premium Beaujolais via southern France feel.
