An textural and flavoursome Chenin from Gundagai - interesting in all the best ways.

Ripe orchard fruits, apple concentrate, creamy, hazelnut, ginger and fennel, with a touch of minerality.

Texture and even more texture with a nice crunch to the fruit core, full of flavour, full bodied, with a near never-ending length. Super tasty and interesting.

Chenin Blanc grapes, sourced from Gundagai, NSW.

Grapes were split into three different bundles, all fermented separately with wild yeast:
1. Directly pressed to stainless steel.
2. Two days of skin maceration in concrete egg.
3. Ten days of skin maceration in oak.

No modifications during fermentation and maturation, blended back together, with minimal added sulphur at bottling.
