A Shiraz-Negroamaro blend from Central Victoria.

Rich black fruits of cherries, blackberry, and dark plums, supported by peppercorn and oak spice, with a herbal edge that runs through to the finish.

Fresh yet rich on the palate, dry and medium bodied, grippy in texture, structured around a chewy tannic line and with a weight tension on the finish.
Nerd Notes

A blend of Shiraz, from Heathcote and Macedon Ranges, and Negroamaro, from the Nagambie Lakes in Goulburn Valley.

Fermented with 20% Shiraz whole bunches, before being aged for 12 months in barrek.
