A chillable red inspired by Jura Ploussard.

A wild and bright little number that straddles the boundary of rosato or extracted rose and rolls right perfectly into the light and chillable red territory.
Light, vibrant, fresh, complex with that beautiful red berry acidity that keeps you going back for more. Inspired by the notoriously delicious Jura variety Ploussard, this blend brings drinkable vibrancy to ponderous rustic deliciousness.
Nerd Notes

A blend of equal parts Schioppettino and Syrah from Heathcote, Victoria.

Separately fermented and handled lightly, with both varieties seeing 3 days of carbonic maceration.
The Schioppettino was then pressed into two amphorae, while the Syrah was pressed as a rose into a stainless steel tank.

Aged in their respective vessels for 9 months, blended, and then bottled 2 weeks post-blending with minimal added sulphur (20ppm).
