A delicate and expressive Pinot Gris from New Zealand's Central Otago.

Complex aromatics of rose petals, pear, ginger, nutmeg, anise, and fennel. Ripe pear and apple fruit flavours, supported by citrus and white stone fruits, alongside orange blossom, and earthy spiced tones.

Smooth on the palate, medium bodied and dry, and touch of crispness on the texture, zesty acid which gives way to a smooth finish.
