Rich fruit notes of peach, blueberry, quince, and ripe pear, accompanied by fresh herbal aromatics of sage and thyme, and a gentle spiced tone.

Soft and fresh on the palate, smooth in texture with a touch of grain, with a youthful mineral current.

NERD NOTES

100% Ribolla Gialla, known locally as Rebula.

The wine is fermented with 7 days of skin maceration. It is then aged for 8 months in wood and 1 year in cement.
