Elisabetta & Luigi Musto Carmelitano are brother and sister and the current guardians of this small but passionate estate in the south of Italy. They have full dedication to mastering one single varietal - Aglianico. Their wines are an honest, pure expression of what top-notch Aglianico can be - beautiful, elegant and balanced, yet powerful and rustic. They use organic methods to complement Basilicata’s unique volcanic soils. For a grape that can have such power and structure, their wines have tremendous grace and finesse as well as a refreshing underlying minerality from the volcanic soils.
