A complex and serious Aglianico from Vulture. Smokey dark fruits alongside notes of mandarin, sage and wild herbs. Very smooth and fresh considering the depth and concentration. Drinking beautifully!

NERD NOTES
The fruit comes from the Serra del Prete vineyard. A south facing volcanic slope of certified organic vines. The wines sees a 40 day maceration on skins and is fermented in stainless. The wine is aged for six months in stainless post ferment before a further six months in cement.
