Delicious chocolate with a crunchy sprinkling of roasted buckwheat!

The chocolate comes from an all female cooperative in Eastern Congo and is made with the rare Amelonado bean.

Made with organic beans, unrefined cane sugar and without any preservatives of emulsifiers. The beans are sun dried and hand-peeled. 

Produced by Ocelot, a micro factory in Dundee Scotland. They have a strong focus on sustainability and pay above fairtrade minimum for their beans.
