Waxy notes of lemon, orange peel, and stone fruit, supporting notes of honeysuckle, ginger, and fruit spice. Silky yet textural on the palate, dry and medium bodied, with grippy tannins and bright acidity.

Organic grown grapes sourced from the Nagambie Lakes.

Approximately three quarters (74%) basket pressed and fermented in stainless steel, with the remaining (26%) spending 36 hours macerating on skins before being basked pressed and blended into the rest.

Made with minimal added sulphur.
