Waxy notes of lemon, orange peel, and stone fruit, supporting notes of honeysuckle, ginger, and fruit spice.
Silky yet textural on the palate, dry and medium bodied, with grippy tannins and bright acidity.

Marsanne from Nagambie Lakes in the Goulburn Valley, Victoria

Approximately three quarters (74%) basket pressed and fermented in stainless steel, with the remaining (26%) spending 36 hours macerating on skins before being basked pressed and blended into the rest.

Bottled with minimal added sulphur.
