A super well-balanced and nuanced Pinot from the Yarra Valley.

Bright red fruit aromatics, with red cherries, pomegranates, and hints of spice. Builds in flavour, with ripe cherry fruit, raspberry, and currants, a touch of vanilla and herbal-ness, and a subtle tone of earth and woodland undergrowth.

Tight on the palate, dry and light bodied, with a silky-smooth texture that is held together between soft crunchy tannin and a fresh acid line.

Pairs great with chicken, pasta, and mushroom dishes.
