A dry white wine made by two long lost cousins: one from the mountains of Slovenia; the other from the coast of Croatia.

Dry, light bodied, with a touch of texture. Notes of spiced grapefruit, eucalyptus and pine trees on the nose, with a chewy palate of tropical fruits. sage and thyme, with a touch of baked apple and cooking spices on the finish.
