Winemaker Roberto Maestri is a sparkling focused producer located in Montecchio Emilia. He works organically with minimal inputs. The wines are done in what we would call traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle. Despite that the resulting wines often feel half way between Traditional and Pet Nat in terms of style and flavour.
