Bouquet of white florals - acacia, hawthorn, and honeysuckle - stone fruit, minerality, and oak on the nose. Dry and medium bodied on the palate, with a lean yet buttery texture and balancing acidity, making for a deliciously smooth sip. Ripe apricot and peach, subtle citrus, white florals, vanilla and kitchen spices, with a delicious baked pastry character - think apricot pie and Danish pastries.
