An elegant and sweetly fruited Pinot Noir from Hautes-Côtes de Beaune in Burgundy.
Pretty on the nose, with aromatics of wild red fruits, subtle violets, and a touch of oak.
Expands in flavour, revealing freshly ripe strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry, alongside hints vanilla and oak spices, and with a moreish undergrowth character.
Light and dry, with fine yet grippy tannin and clean lines of acid, resulting in velvety texture. Finishes long and clean.

The Vanteys take great care int he vineyard, managing each plot different based on the intended wine's profile - some are ploughed with horses, others are covered with natural grasses and left with minimal disturbance.
