Vibrant acid alongside a soft texture after 11 months on lees. Lemon citrus, orange fruits and light honey notes. Really tasty.

Nerd Notes

Semillon from the Hunter Valley, New South Wales.

Grapes were direct pressed into old oak, spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast, before being aged for 11 months and undergoing malolactic fermentation.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal added sulphur.
