Saison Vermouth - Rhubarb

Pretty in pink is this new creation from Dave Verheul of Saison Vermouth. Made using a Moscato base wine and blended with organic rhubarb, early spring magnolias, violets and lavender. The vermouth is buttered with Australian wormwood and aged with some more roasted rhubarb and lots of lilac flowers. Just lovely on its own, simply add ice.
