Citrus driven in character, fresh citron, tangerine, and mandarin fruit, lemon pith and lime zest, elderflower and honeydew aromatics, bright minerality, a skinsy twang, and a light herbal tone.

Bright and very crisp, light bodied and dry, with layers of fresh acid, minerality, and a lightly lip puckering tannin, that runs into a crisp citrus driven finish.
