An elegant and lithe Pinot Noir from Burgundy, France.

Aromatics of fresh red berries, wild violets, and subtle oak on the nose. Builds on the palate, with flavours of ripe strawberry and raspberry, a touch of wild herbs, wet stones, and vanilla, and before opening to forest floor and savoury mushroom notes.

Dry and light bodied, with fine chewy tannins and clean lines of acid, making for a delicious smooth texture. Finishes long and clean.

Producer: Jean-Pascal Sarnin and Jean-Marie Berrux

Region: Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or - Burgundy, France

Grapes: Pinot Noir
