A whimsical Vermouth from James at Scintilla. Tempranillo from Adelaide Hills, whole bunch direct pressed to tank, fortified and then infused, and racked to rest in an old french oak hogshead. Tinctures of persimmons and cherries from James's farm, along with Aussie botanicals foraged within the farm perimeters, make this the yummy vermouth it is.
