Sparkling Torbato from Sardinia.

Yes, Torbato. No, you probably haven’t had it before. Grown on coastal limestone soils, this rare indigenous grape gives a clean, citric fizz with saline crunch. Made in the Charmat method, it’s all lemon zest, green pear, and sunlit rockpool. Zippy, refreshing, and weird in the best possible way. Like a lemon ate a shellfish.
