A 'lite' orange wine, bridging the gap between an oaky Chardonnay & the comforting texture of a skin contact.

As golden in aroma as its colour, full of perfumed citrus peel and spice, with grainy base notes of oatmeal and brown rice. Multilayered on the palate - dry, deliciously textural citrus, refreshing acidity, and buttery smooth all at once.

NERD NOTES

A blend of Semillon (73%), Pedro Ximenes (18%), Riesling (7%), and Roussanne (2%), all grown in the Barossa Valley, South Australia.

Grapes are a mix of 2024 and 2025 vintages, due to spring frost devasting the 2025 harvest.

Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast, macerated on skins, aged in tank. Bottled with minimal added sulphur.
