Lemons and citrus fruit flavours, a slight preserved lemon note, brioche and freshly baked sourdough, and lemon curd, all accented by a touch of dried herbs and a chalky saline-mineral character.

Fresh on the palate, textured between crisp minerality and a moreishy enjoyable fizz, dry, with a vibrant acid line.
