Swan Valley - NV Tank Half Full

A skin contact Semillon from the Swan Valley, in Western Australia - made under flor in a solera since 2013, with Chenin Blanc, Trebbiano, and even more Semillon blended in since 2022.

Refreshing with mineral-salinity yet deliciously textural. Part Jura-esque, part Sherry in character. Lemony citrus and fresh herbaceous notes. Juicy and full of flavour, with lemon, lime, and citron, a spiced-nutty element, and a chalky-minerality. Medium bodied, fresh yet full of texture, making for a satisfying yet easy drinking sip.
