Tampopo - Pinot Noir 2022 (Magnum)

Great contemporary little Pinot from Scott Cosgriff of locally based Tampopo wines. Organic fruit sourced from Tumburaumba and vinified locally in Newtown.

A deliciously drinkable drop with rich, ripe and juicy fruit offset by lovely structure and forest floory notes coming from a good whack of stems added into the ferment. Balances out nicely to make for a Pinot with brightness, vibrancy and depth.
