Savoury in flavour, with pithy oranges and textural citrus fruit, dried nectarines and pineapple, cinnamon and sandalwood spiced tones.

Fresh yet textured on the palate, structured from grippy lines of tannin, perfectly balanced with vibrant mineral acidity.

Nerd Notes:

Thirty year old Greco Di Tuffo vines, grown on clay and limestone soil. Vineyard is managed with organic and biodynamic practices.

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel, macerated on skins for two days.

Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

Bottled unclarified, unfiltered, and no added sulphur or other additions.
