A generous and elegant Chardonnay from the Adelaide Hills in South Australia.
Rich flavoured, with zingy citrus notes of limes, grapefruit, and pomelo, a feather-light buttery character, a deliciously light oaky-oxidised nuttiness, and a flint minerality. Medium bodied, soft and lusciously textured, and balanced with fine acidity.
It's sounds like an old-school Chardonnay, but it's kept light and approachable making it something timeless instead.
