A fresh and mineral white that is restrained while still managing to taste like Sauvignon.

Notes of guava and citrus alongside fennel and floral notes. Spicy and textural finish. Delicious.

Alex said it tastes like Star Fruit, which I am pretty sure is just a thing in Stardew Valley.
Nerd Notes

Fermented in spotless steel tanks and aged in very old french barrels sur lie for 9 months, then gravity-bottled and left for another few months to settle.
