A rare cousin of Cinsault - bright, very food friendly, and perfect chilled.
Bright and snappy, pomegranate and lavender aromas, flavours of wild cherry, black plum, redcurrant, and red berry fruit, notes of white pepper, spice, and rich earth.
Soft on the palate, dry and medium bodied, textured with fine tannins and a mineral freshness, delicate and savoury in character.
Easy drinking and very food friendly. Perfect chilled with cured or grilled meat.

Hand harvested, with a mixture of whole bunches and destemmed grapes. Naturally fermented and aged in concrete tanks.
