Elderflower, aged lime, and honeycomb combined with a rich mineral current.

Rich creaminess on the mouthfeel, smoothly textured, with a bright crystalline acidity and a the slightest line of silky fine tannins.
Nerd Notes

La Cote means The Slope in English.
The vineyard is situated against the edges of Watervale, Penwortham and Skilly Valley subregions of the Clare Valley.
Whole bunch foot stomped with a few hours of skin contact for texture. Roughly racked into ⅓ Hungarian Amphora, ⅓ new Austrian Foudre and ⅓ stainless steel tank. Natural fermentation, full malolactic and extended lees contact to increase body.
