This is Pinot Nero grown in the Huon, handled with zero additions, and bottled without names on the labels—because, apparently, the wine speaks for itself.

Wild strawberry, sour cherry, rosehip, dried herbs. It’s featherweight in the mouth but has that slightly broody Tasmanian core. Silky, stemmy, and just the right amount of raw.

Made in tiny quantities. Not polished. Just beautiful.
