A light, bright, and funky Pinot Noir from Tasmania's Tamar Valley.
Fresh on the nose with scents of orange rind, red cherry, and rhubarb. Light and dry on the palate, with high acidity and chewy tannins for a refreshing, vibrant sip. Flavours of red cherry and plum, a note of candied cherry, a crunchy berry spice at the back of the palate, a touch of botanical herbs and oak spices.
Its a tasty, playful, and easy drinking sip.
