Wildflower x Poor Toms - Whisky (2023 Release)

Australian whisky made from Wildflower beer distilled and blended by Poor Toms.

This is the first release of this Whisky. Made from a selection of spirits distilled between 2018 and 2020 that have been aged in a mix of barrels. 500 liter French Oak, ex-Bourbon Barrel and Ex-Muscat American Oak that was used to age a Wildflower beer.

A floral Whisky on the nose with notes of flower (jasmine, violet), malts and ripe peach alongside elements of banana skin, lychee and buttery oak. Finishes fine and citrus.

622 bottles made. That's it.
