Eden Valley Syrah which drinks like an Australian take on Côte-Rôtie.

Gentle in character, with dark berry, cherry, and currant fruit flavours accompanied by complexed spiced notes of pepper and sandalwood, with a light herbaceous touch.

Smooth on the palate, medium bodied and dry, richly textured with soft yet rustic tannin, and a long fruit-spice finish.

100% Syrah from Koop creek vineyard in Springton, Eden Valley

Hand harvested, Fermented dry on skins and aged in stockinger oak for 12 months. after 6 months in tank before bottling. Laid to rest for another 6 months in bottle and here we are.
