Zoppi Cristina - Ruche di Castagnole 2020

From the less known Ruche variety! Rich, with fruit flavours of dark cherry, blueberry jam, blackberry, and black currant. Side notes of dried cooking herbs, oak spices, and a delicious medicinal quality. Moderately tannic, with some earthiness on the palate. Very good structure for a range of foods, ranging from lamb to cheese pasta.
