Wine Pack for August!

Welcome to our June Wine Pack!

Thank you as always for your continued support and we hope you enjoy this months selection. 

OK so I went quite a bit over budget this month but dammit what's the point of a subscription pack if we can't have a little fun with it!

Firstly have two red wines from France, new vintages of wines I really enjoyed last vintage. A Syrah based Cote du Rhone from Domain Garon from the Northern Rhone. Plus a Cabernet Franc from Saumur-Champigny in the Loire Valley from Les Athletes du Vin. 

From Chile we have light red (that loves a chill) from the mysterious and enigmatic Azua Varas in Itata. 100% Pais fermented in Amphora.

Locally we have the first release of Pinot Noir from Vini Fusilli in the Huon Valley, Tasmania. A super interesting Pinot Noir from Glaziers Bay, right on the Huon River with the choc mint and silky fruit you usually find in Pinot from this part of Tasmania. 

Finally we have a wine from Fighting Gully Road in Beechworth. Mark Walpole is one of the finest viticulturalists in Australia and a champion of alternate varieties in Oz.
