Vini Fusilli - Pinot Nero 'Cosimo' 2023

The two wines from Vini Fusilli have no names on the actual bottles. They are both beautiful representations of Italian style Pinot Noir from Southern Tasmania; unfined, unfiltered and super tasty.

The Cosimo can be distinguished as as the 12.5% ABV wine. It also sees a small amount of so2 (20ppm) at bottling. Complex and interesting with succulent fruit notes of dark cherry and red fruits. Soft and smooth with the herbaceous and eucalypt notes you often get with wines from this region. Yum.

All hand made, no robots. Fermentation and elevage in neutral oak.
