Dry and medium bodied. Superbly mineral and complex wine with slick fruit and wonderful elegant texture.

Notes of violet, strawberry, spice and blue fruit. Very focused. Wonderful.

Nerd Notes:

Organic Côte de Brouilly Gamay from a 1 ha plot planted in Cotton’s unique parcel of “corne verte” - a blend of pink granite and diorite allegedly found nowhere else in the region. From very old vines and south facing.

Semi-Carbonic vinification in concrete tank followed by 8 months elevage in seasoned foudres. No added sulphur.
