Serious lambic from a top producer. Rich, crisp and sour with notes of citrus and plenty of spice. Lambic funk alongside light malt notes. Finishes super fresh.

Straight lambic, not a blended gueuze. Essentially the base for the rest of their range. Made using three consecutive brews from March 2017 fermented and matured for six years in the same oak barrel, before aging in bottle.
